Briarfield can be rented on a weekly or part weekly basis. Weekly rentals run Saturday afternoon, after 2pm to Saturday morning before 10am.

The house has a no pets and no smoking policy. The house is located on the edge of a quiet residential area, and we ask people to be respectful of the neighbours.
We do not keep any food at the house so it is necessary to bring all foodstuffs that you require.
We provide a cleaner at an additional fee, but we ask that you leave the house tidy for her and vacate by 10am Saturday so that she has adequate time to clean before the next guests arrive. It is also possible to use our linen and towels if you are from overseas, but there is a fee for laundering them.
There is a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave convection oven, new oven and gas hob with 4 burners, and a fridge and freezer.
All necessary dishes and cutlery along with pots and pans and cooking utensils can be found in the kitchen, as well as t-towels, tablecloths and place-mats - we ask that you launder these if they get dirty.
There is a telephone, with free local calls in the house but the long distance function is not available for use. Mobile phone service may be patchy at the house. There is also no broadband access.
There are plenty of books and some board games at the house, but currently no music.
The house has a DVD player ( not Blu ray or HD!) that can be used to play both music and movies.
