The house itself has 4 large bedrooms, 2 with double beds
and 1 with 2 double futons,which is suitable as a childrens room.
Three of the bedrooms have beautiful views , the two south facing bedrooms look over the Bristol Channel towards Devon and the west facing bedroom looks toward Cefn Bryn and beautiful sunsets.There is a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds, useful as a spare bedroom. The house will comfortably accommodate 6 or 8 people.
There is a bathroom upstairs with bath and electric shower and sink. There is a separate toilet on the same floor.
On the main floor there is a formal dining room that seats 8 to 10, it has beautiful views out over the Bristol Channel. There is a small breakfast room off the kitchen, with a table and chairs and a kitchen with a new cooker, Bosch dishwasher and washing machine.
There is a very comfortable period living room on the main floor with tv, dvd player, books and games.
It has French doors out to a paved terrace with chairs , table and sun umbrella. The perfect place for tea and the papers.
On the main floor there is also a separate toilet and wash basin, by the front.
There is a private driveway with parking for two or more vehicles.
